The schools are great, there is plenty to do – hiking, parks doggie parks, biking, mall, shop [you have got to check out Old Town Gilbert] but caution – all of these things will make you HOT – yet another reason I love Gilbert Pool Homes.

I told you I am from New York – I can’t tell you the number of people that migrate west to Arizona from the great Empire State. They move here for all kinds of reasons, the weather, things to do, witness protection [joke], lower taxes, less crime, transportation and on and on and on. Once we identify a city they would like to live in – let’s see there is [long breath in] Mesa, Glendale, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Cave Creek, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley [exhale] the conversation more often than not turns to things to do. One of the things I love after a long day at work showing my fellow New Yorkers homes for sale is a dip in my Gilbert Pool Home.

In New York we didn’t have it, but Phoenix is the subdivision capital of the world. Every one lives in a subdivision. Back in NewYork we would say “corner of 70th and Colonial” “86th and 3rd” out here we say Val Vista Lakes, Power Ranch, Seville. All great Gilbert Subdivisions by the way.
